Course Terms & Conditions

Securing Your Place

Places in the Advanced Accreditation in Nature Based Therapy program are limited. Enrolment is confirmed once the applicant has been accepted into the program and payment has been made. Students may enrol under one of two participation pathways: the Certified Practitioner Pathway or the Professional Development Pathway.

Participation Pathways

  • Certified Practitioner Pathway
The Certified Practitioner Pathway includes full participation in the program and eligibility to complete the certification assessments required to earn Advanced Accreditation in Nature-Based Therapy.
  • Professional Development Pathway
The Professional Development Pathway gives you access to the full course learning experience for personal or professional development. This pathway does not include certification assessments.
Participants who enrol in this pathway may choose to upgrade to the Certified Practitioner Pathway at a later stage by paying the remaining balance of the full course fee and completing the required assessments.

Deposit Policy

The deposit secures a student’s place in the program and contributes toward administrative preparation, onboarding, and course materials. The deposit is non-refundable.

Withdrawal Policy

  • Before Course Commencement
If a student withdraws before the course begins, the deposit will be retained, and no further payments will be required.
  • After Course Commencement
If a student withdraws after the course has commenced, their access to the learning platform, course materials, and live sessions will end. Any payments already made are non-refundable.

Refunds Policy

There is no refund once the applicant has been accepted into the course and has paid in full. A full refund will only be provided if the course is cancelled by the organiser.

Student Deferral

If you are unable to keep up with the weekly activities and wish to defer, you may restart the course at a later intake with the support of 1:1 mentorship for $150 per session. For students who have completed all modules but do not submit their assessments within 12 months of commencement, guided mentorship can be arranged to provide additional support for $150 per hour.

Student Issues & Grievances

During your studies, you may occasionally encounter challenges, whether with administration, course content, or interactions with staff or peers.

If this occurs, you are encouraged to contact the Principal in writing. Your concern will be acknowledged promptly, and within three business days, you will be provided with information about support services that may assist you.

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to escalate your concern to the Ombudsman in your local state, territory, or country.
